Hey Guys, I have another question about Pearly Jawfish. I have a pair that are mating and laying eggs, the male then scoops the eggs up and holds them in his mouth for a day or so. But the next day, the eggs are gone... this happened twice and the female is looking like she is pregnant for the third time. I'm not sure if there is much I can do to help protect the young'ns.
Everyone gets along swimmingly, no fish problems.
Tank mates include:
Ocellaris clowns
Bluechin Trigger
Longnose Butterfly
Blue Hippo
Flame Angel
Male Mandarin
Yasha Goby and shrimp
Various snails and three blue leg hermit crabs
Any help or suggestions would be great!
