John guest gate valve

Anyone have any recommendations on where to find a gate valve with john guest fittings (1/4")? My calcium reactor is currently fed with a ball valve to control inflow and it is not as adjustable as I would like. Any other recommendations would be appreciated as well.

The only thing I have found that comes close is a clamp screw from AES. I am using it on a softer tube than what you are probably using, but I think it would work:
