We need the tank delivered (HOW) and we need a grill.

Only NINEEEEEEEEEEEEEE people have replied to the picnic. I can't believe the lack of interest.

The picnic is costing about $1000 to pull off with the tank purchase, the gift certificate purchases and food. We definately are going to have a financial problem for the coming year as we generally have funds from the picnic see us through for a couple meetings and we dont have to mess with our reserves.

We are going to have to be cautious in the planning and expenses for the coming year.

I recieved last evite. I did not recieve evite about premeeting. Is it posted that non members can participate in this raffle for 5 dollars? Ken said he tried Pay pal and heard it was not working also. Maybe this things would help, no offense. I am wondering if that could be a few stop signs for people.

Can someone email me the address to coffee place. I can look it up on Map quest or Yahoo.

KEN: You can call IAP and ask Brian for measurements and make arrangements for pick up. Thanks so much. I get quite annoyed at the lack of participation on the part of the membership. They just want GOOD meetings but no one really wants to help put them on. Also swing over to Ocean Reef (same parking lot) and pick up gift certificates that he's donating.

I've heard back from every sponsor except Wil. I'll call and harass him.

PS Whoever has the cooler, could they do the drinks? Other than that I'm ready to run to Costco for everything. We have enough plates, etc in my pantry from last time. Shouldn't cost too much for what we need.

I got the address for premeeting. Thank you Ken for sending information to me. I think the Evite thing is not working very well lately. I also have a new cell phone with same number on it. I will make every effort to be in Seattle early.
