i recently diy'ed a kalwasser reactor. Unfortunately i cannot see inside the reactor, to see when kalk powder is exausted. Is it possible to measure the effluent of the reactor to determine if it is still valuable?
When freshly mixed, my pH is at 12.5.
If i can measure potency with a pH electrode, at which pH should i recharge the reactor?

Yes, the pH electrode will work as sat kalk is 12.5. The pH should always be 12.5 or there abouts on the effluent. I think ** maybe 10.5 for a recharge will do for starts and see how it works. You can also use a TDS /conductivity meter for this.
