It is not a leak outside the actual tank it is from the return into the display on the display side.

I tried turning off pumps and drying off this area and using aquarium silicon but it only worked for awhile. Now I have tons of tiny bubbles escaping from this fitting. Is there something I can use to seal this underwater? I would like it not to be permanent. Like not super glue?

I have no idea what to do and hubby isn't interested so I am learning as I go.
Should this be in the newbie section?

Thanks in advance,
Debbie

how big is the tank, you will probably have to drain it and fix the problem, then put it back together, dont worry we have all been in these shoes even with large systems..

I agree...Draining it right below the bulkhead would be your best bet if that is at all possible without having to drain the whole tank if you didn't want to. Silicone would be a good thing to use as you can just cut or pull it away later if you needed to remove the bulkhead:)
