leaky pipes

ok so I set up my new sump today with a new overflow box and pump and turned it on after everything had plenty of time to dry and in 4 parts of the plumbing that puts water back into the main tank is leaking. What can I do without ripping it all apart and starting over?

Man, with so many parts leaking I would redo it. However if the leaks are small, and you dont have a ton of flow you could always try the silicone that is used to seal tanks with. When i set up my 125 I gave that a try first, then got mad and started cutting. In the end I'm glad I redid the leaky elbow I had.

If its dripping now, it'll be squirting water out later IMO I'd redo it!

what type of plumbing is it and how did you join the fittings? where exactly is it leaking, a glue joint, or a threaded joint?

glued joints and its at both sides of one elbow and on both ends of this ionization filtration unit I just bought

if you have weld-on # 4 and the needle applicater you could try applying that to the joint and see if it will seal it, but it will have to be isolated from the tank so it can dry before using the glue and at least 12 hours before you put water back in it, 24 hours is even better.

Is it pvc? if so you can use this stuff it works grate for me.

so that stuff is just epoxy of some kind? Thanks for the help guys now just gotta wait for a day off to do it.
