this is what happens when you have to remove all your corals and fish to nuke the tank due to aptasia running ramp-id. pest algaes hydroids and brown slime algae. and all kinds of corals dying for no reason.

ALWAYS DIP YOUR CORALS
REMOVE ROCK OFF CORALS YOU GET
QT for aptasia watch for a few days
Check your RO filters

It will be there again. You guys did it once (or more) and you will do it again. You have given so much to this hobby and the people in it. It will all come back to you now when you need it.

It didnt take long for friends and fellow reefers to reply to your add, That goes to show you what a good group we have here in The Great NorthWest.
I am a firm believer that what comes around goes around. It looks like you will be busy the next couple of days.

You've got a couple of us, over here, putting together some stuff for you. Not sure if we'll be able to get it to you, before SeaMax, but we'll do our best. I'm really sorry that things have gone so badly for you guys! I completely understand how you feel. Remember, it wasn't that long ago that I went through a complete tank crash.

Crystal,

If you want, a large (16" in diameter) RBTA is yours, FREE. Just let me know if you are interested.

so sorry to hear and see what happened,
please do not give up,,,get them all clean up,
you,d been invested brain cell, time and $$$ so much to this hobby, when you back and stable again ,i got some good stuffs for you for you ,,FREE,,,cheer,,hang in there friend.

Sorry to hear and see this.:doubt:. This hobby can really take a lot out of you because you spend so much money and invest ALOT of time taking things slow to build it all up to wht you want and all it takes sometimes is a little error or one nuicance pest to lose it all. It's almost like gambling if you ask me. Hope to see you bounce back! All the best. :)

I had to do the same thing guys. It was well worth it. A lot of work but I like the set up much better. You all will be up and running in no time. Good luck you guys.

I feel your pain. I slacked on my ro/di filters for a few months and had an outbreak of algea that wiped out several corals and lost several critters in the clean up process. It will come back though.

Crystal and Adam,

I remember when I had no idea how to plumb in a frag tank and you were there to help a person you have never met before. I learned so much from you and have always loved looking at your tank. You guys really inspire me to research and live up the the standards you don't even know you set. Now I am looking at setting up a aquaculture facility and pursuing that. I know Lisa and I told you anything you need from my meager display tank please come and get it. If you see something you need and it isn't ready tell me and it will go into the prop system as a priority. Also all the info in the facebook message I sent you still applies.

Much love,

Seth,
Adam and I learned from a couple people ( saltybell and salmonslayer) to help other reefers when in the time of need.. I never want anything from anyone. Just to help. It looks as though we have made same great friends along the way. I just wished i was able to give you one thing back before all this happened. the Devils armor... i guess i really never knew we set a standard. lol but thanks for the great words and the feeling of hope...
I hope your doing good and you come home soon. you keep your chin up. I read what you put on facebook... And i got that message.
Much love,

thanks again for stopping by today crystal , hope the sump monkeys live ! good luck and cant wait to see both tanks up and running !

Crystal, and Adam, I have not had the luxury to see your tank at its prime. But I heard alot of wonderful things about it. So when things get better for the tank, and I am positive that it will. My tank is open to you. Come and pick out some things. I have an orange and red and green "ROSE" anemone that just split. So there is one waiting for you if you would like it. Let me know.

Sent a PM, please post here if you got it. Sometimes they dont go thru for some reason. Good to go on Sat
