Let's get it on

So there I was with my s.o. and watching a romantic movie in my living room and we start hearing this sucking noise coming from one of my tanks. It sounds just like when one of the puffers tries to eat something from the water's surface and swallows a lot of air. Well what do I see but my large Panda Puffer humping the crap out of my Tunze powerhead. At first I screamed cause I thought he got stuck to it but then I saw him free himself quite easily when I got close to the tank. But as soon as we sat down, the puffer swam right back over to the same powerhead and started getting it on with it again. He kept this up the entire night. I guess the movie got him in the mood.

Thank god I had my camera. I got some real perverted pics ;-) I'll post them after lunch.

Sorry about taking so long to post pics. My camera battery died and I couldn't transfer them to the computer.

So here are the pictures that I was able to take. Notice how he has his whole "area" positioned just right so that it provides suction on just the right spots. Is this really what it looks like? So gross. I can't look him in the eyes anymore. I remember not too long ago I was still hand-feeding him. And now this. God our fish grow up so fast these days don't they?

And the funniest thing to me is that he has this far-off look in his eyes while he's doing it. Almost like he doesn't want to look the Tunze in the eyes while doing it.
