I was wondering if too much light is bad for frogspawn. I accidentally left my lights on all night, so I left them off for only a few hours today. Then I noticed that a head of my frogspawn that is usually plumped up was looking pretty sickly. Do you think this is due to too much light? What other reasons cause Frogspawn to get sick? Thanks.

MANY # of things??
if it is usually fine were it is , I would let it ride for a few days and see what gives??
Sometimes my hammers, torch, and FS shrink up in the middle of the day, but plump back up...

I just wanna say don't feel bad we are all humans and..... humans make mistakes :) A good investment in reefing is putting lights on timers. Saves power and gives the tank inhabitants just what you want for light and saves you the headache of remembering to turn them off or being home to turn them off. I know if I didn't there would have been many times I forgot too lol.

I wouldn't call them diseases or sickness but things that could irritate corals are changes in parameters and coral warfare.

They are back to normal today. I did have them on a timer, I just turned the timer to on before there usual on time and forgot to set it back to auto. I just didnt know if they were that sensitive to light. Thanks.
