I don't think that light would work very well it sounds like it's only whites on or blues on not both.

The ad states that this is for fish-only. From the specs I would say no. However, I use LED's only and have no problem with any of my softies and I have a very tall tank. If your looking for LED's I would looking into Rapid LED <=== (not promoting) or one of those places. For the amount that you would need it would be very cheap if your a DIY kind of person. I would definately stay away from Auraled.
