I have pfo 3 175 watt / 2 vho 72" fixture on 150 gal. Changing to 400 watt single and dual ballast. XM 20k or blueline 14k or would like imput please. Sps reef tank. Go for looks or growth ?????. Thank you

XM20, EVC 14, or Raduim would by my choices in 400W.

10 or 12k reeflux on PFO ballasts... Just IMO

after looking at big t's gallery it looks like he is getting great results with those bulbs. EVC's are great if you can find them
