Lighting/reflector question??

My setup is using 2 -250 watt 15,000 K retro fittings bought from BS. The reflectors are rather cheesy for lack of a better word. Very plain and flat.

What type of reflectors would you recomend that will fit my retro single ended halides.????

Lumenarc Mini's - I just got two for the 75. If they seem to cut the mustard when I get my new Iwasaki 15k 175w mh se bulbs I will use them on the 210. I saw them on a friends tank in Pittsburgh with those lights and just liked the look. He had them over say a 140? 4ftx2ft foot print with all just SPS. the bulb I guess is the real key since it is supposed to have really high par for a 175 - almost at a 250 level.
