For those that don't know about the feature, we have a "like" tab on the bottom right corner of every member's post (except your own) which you can see in the screen shot below. This is a great way to encourage and show your appreciation to your peers for their contributions here if you really liked something they posted. Please don't be afraid to use it as it does boost a person's feelings of accomplishments in just knowing that what they said, really meant something to someone else so take full advantage of it as you see fit. For those that want to keep a log of the likes they have given to others or what they have recieved, just go to your user profile and you will find it there
