Hello,
The coral looks fine to me just slightly retracted due to high light. Move the coral to the bottom of the tank or in a shaded area. These corals can do quite well under HO type fluorescent lighting. Be sure to feed it regularly when the tentacles are out. Small meaty foods such as mysis or fine ground raw shrimp work well.

Okay I like that answer much better. I can’t move it at this moment so for today Ill just turn on the CF lights and get it done this evening. Thanks and Ill get some updates in the next week or so to see if its changed. I original had it on the bottom when this started as you can see in the first picture I took right after I moved it. I will have to put it in a shaded area under an overhang to get it more shade.

Usually if they are sick they won't extend their feeding tentacles. If it takes food and consumes it, most likely it is healthy.
