Limited Crocea availability for a while

Most Tridacna Crocea come from Viet Nam, they have quit exporting them for a while. So they are going to be kinda rare in availability for a while.

That answers that question why no one had anything today. I went to close to a dozen stores looking for clams and not a single one had anything. They said that there shippers didnt send them anything and they dont know why.

www.clamsdirect.com just got in a bunch of some of the nicest Maxima's I have ever seen.

They are going quick though.

Yes they do have some really nice ones. But they also HAD some really nice ones. I really hate paying shipping for just one clam but I will have to take a closer look tomorrow if that is what Im going to have to do.

Very true but I just spent my tax return on a new fly rod. What was I thinking!

rumor has it that Crocea's will begin shipping again within the month. But they are saying that the size requirement is 15cm or bigger so we'll see....that is 6" or bigger LOL.
