Logistics for SwapMeet

So, I have been meaning to write this email for sometime. But here're the logistics:

1. I will be there around 10:00 am to get things moving.

2. I think Kris and Ed cannot attend but I am expecting everyone else to see there

3. I will get some sodas and waters so that people can get water. There's a refrigrator so I should be able to utilize it.

4. Bob, please print out the log file where we can track addresses for people who want to buy memebership.

See ya'll there. Please reply on this thread if you won't be able to make it or thing anything else needs to be there.

Unfortunately the membership cards will not be ready until early next week. If someone can forward me the name and addresses of those who buy memberships I will mail them out when I get them [email protected].

The good news is that the price was lower than what they originally quoted. We did not have to pay the $40 set-up fee since the files I sent were photo ready. However they indicated in the past we used a heavy duty card so I upgraded the card. Total came to a little over $107.
