NOw I want to preface this by saying I am a pretty decent cook. I can cook italian and asian all day from scratch. However, I tried my hand at southern fried chicken....and this was the result. Now maybe SHE'll get back in the kitchen and leave me to the reef tanks.

Mostly Japanese and some Korean. Just started doing Chinese again.

Sukiyaki, Bulgogi, Sushi from scratch...(PITA cutting the fish at times), Tempura Udon, kung pao chicken etc...

The real trick to Italian is your sauce. I have a recipie for a skillet lasagna to is fast and delicious.
