looking for a translator

does anyone no of one of those translators where you type like normal but it translates into intelligent babel? you know like all the words are to big for your mouth and it really doesnt make any sense. ive seen them before and have been googling but cant find one.

i dont know how else to explain it

there are a few of them, there just like babelfish but you type in something like " i went to see the band and it was a great mix of music" but when you translate it it's " traversed to oculate the orchestra and the stupendous cacophony of sound stimulated my auditory nerve greatly"

i know there out there but i dont know where to oculate
