Looking for plans for a stand

Thinking about building a stand. i have an idea on how i want to do it but i think im over building it. so im wondering if anyone knew of any website with plans

tank size? and its not necessarily wrong to over build...if it makes you feel safer

Its goin to a 120gallon. with a 55 gallon turned into a sump. unless i can trade these two tanks and or the 75 im going to be putting into the the bigger tank for something bigger

if you want a stand that holds up to 1k lbs. i suggest some 2x4. i made one with no plans, just out of my head step by step. lol.

by the way you can also use 2x2 to build the frame and then tie it up with 1/2 inch plywood. it will make it really secure, it all depends on the weight of your tank. but anyways if you google, theres lots of plans all over. it all depends on which one you wanna go with.

I'd go with 2x4 and 3/4" plywood. Maybe a oak veneer. Trim is easy to find for oak.

awesome thanks guys. i think im going to use 4x4 in the corners and 2x4 or 2x6 or both everywhere else. i will def. check out the links and stuff before i start. Thanks again guys
