Looking for volunteers - speaker help

Hey everyone -

On occasion we need help with certain areas. In the next few months we have a few speakers coming in to talk with the club. They usually come in on Friday and leave on Sunday. We need members for transportation and entertainment (sightseeing, maybe a store tour, etc). What a great time to have someone captive to get all your questions answered!

I also received some feedback from another group that speakers really like mingling with the members so this is a perfect way!

Let me know if you are available and will make a list. It's a lot for just a couple people to handle.

I can be a definate tentative for such a hosting. I would be available for airport/hotel transportation and sightseeing type of thing for say one day of a weekend. Please consider me tentative though as my availability of course changes with time!!!
