Membership Card Design

Randy, How many cards did you guys usually get? I have no idea on how many members typically sign up each year or how many cards are typically left at the sponsors stores.

PS I haven't had the opportunity to call Steven yet, my free time is usually between 5:00-6:00am and I don't think he would appreciate the call then . If anyone talks to him let him know we are looking for input on the sponsor list. I do like ghazni's idea of listing the main sponsors on the card and then including a statement "for the most updated list of sponsors check the website"

When I came on there was only about 50 cards being used, the next was about 75, then 100+ this last year.... I believe that I ordered 200 that last two times... enough extras for the stores to be stocked and so on....

Okay I have not heard back from any more of the sponsors on whether or not they want to be included on the card.

So I do not really know what to do about the membership cards. They need to be ordered real soon or we likely will not have them for the swap meet. I do not have time to try to chase down the sponsers for confirmation between crazy hours at work, parents in town, new tank project and getting ready for vacation starting the 22nd.

Please let me know what I should do, list all the sponsors who have responded and reference the web site for updates or use the same list from last year and add Red Sea. Please respond with thoughts or if somebody else wants to take this on I can send you the files for the front and back of the card

Bob, their website indicates up to two weeks to get the cards, but Randy said they were able to get them in just a couple of days. They are in the Lacey area so we always can run down and pick them up.
