Last year a Seal went out in a Dolphin 2100 pump I had. There was water everywhere! It was kind of a emergency to get my tank going as soon as possible. A friend had a New Reeflo Snapper pump he had never used.
The pump ran fine but made a humming noise for a bit. The noise got worse as time progressed. The whole time the pump did not leak. It was just very noisy. I emailed Reeflo. They told me to send Serial Number of pump to them. They sent me out a pump that day in mail. How do I know this. I got the delivery reciept in email and expected time. All I have to do is mail back my old one. I can swith the bad pump out without worrying about changing plumbing. Its easier on me and my pocket. I got no flack. I just got a appoligy for inconvience from Reeflo and awesome Service. I said it before and I will say it again. That is good Business!!:D

Thank you Chris. :)

Sincerely,
Ed Hahn-
