hi all my Q is how are CAN u move a mushroom coral THANK'S FOR THE HELP

it is on the back of the rock and has no light on it

if it is reaching up for light, it will eventually move on its' own...if you just want to go ahead and move it, just cut the "cap" off at its base...you can reattach it somewhere else.

here...try this link..just get them to attach to some rubble and then glue them to a larger rock...i may be able to get some mushrooms to you if you want..my girlfriend will be in Topeka at the end of the month..i have tons in one tank.she may not want to fool with it..i will ask her!!!!

i will ask her...she will be there at her cousin's wedding ..it is like 10 min. outside of Topeka...i have red, blue, green frilly,green striped, and flourescent green..i put alot of them on rocks together..

I use wedding veil material and place them where I want.

i have had good success with wedding veil over the top a clear shot glass with rubble inside....the last thing i tried..i put the veil over the actual rock that i wanted the mushroom to attach to and kept it tighly on there with a rubberband..this eliminated having to glue rubble to the rock that i wanted it on..i like this way better

A couple dots of super glue gel on the wedding veil material will work too. Just jerk the material off after it attaches.

melissa is a real good sport to let you cut the veil up. I was going to burn the veil belonging to "she who must be obeyed", but was stopped by her grabbing the jewels firmly while uttering the warning "saying watch it fella"

They will slime and just fall off.
If Melissa had a veil I would have used it. . We got married on the beach. You can get a sq yard of veil material at walmart for .99 cent (made in china) And much cheaper than getting married.:lol:

i sometimes chisel a small piece of the rock and glue it down heres one i did today.

No wonder the glue worked on my fingers but not on the shrooms. I have some really cool rock stuck to my fingers, makes it hard to type.

I used to keep Chyto in the tank (still have some razer Caulerpa) , and would put ome of it over the shroom with a little rock on the side. Worked great. Now that I am getting all plants out, your plan sounds pretty good.
