well it took many months and many back and forth debates whether to keep it or to just sell it!!! Finally i got the go ahead from my wife and she surprised me by really making it worthwhile on the condition i would never ask for anything else for the next 10 years! I accepted the deal!

I put the tank in the garage and opened a Window from the garage to the basement room (aka my room!). With the great help and patience from Jason i am now on the right track but still have a lot of work to do... need to get the lights, live rock, corals and fish. This is going to be a soft coral/fish/invertabrae tank... although i am so tempted to put a cowfish one day...

Here are few pictures. will continue to post as i make progress.

Exactly. I am slowly filling it with water now but still need live rock and lights. waiting to get a good deal on both. This will be softie/some fish. will continue to put more pictures as i make good progress.

Want to thank Jason from (www.worldclassaquariums.com) for his great work, insight and passion for the hobby. Great ideas and patience! Highly recommend him if you wish to pursue this hobby and don't have the expertise/resources.

Next step to get the live rock and lights... can't wait! :)

hey hows your tank doing? any updates? i had a cow fish for awhile and i think he had the most personality out of all the fish i've had.

looks good Octopus wish I owned my home I would have an in-wall nothing flat in fact it would probably be the first thing to be done...
