My chiller from Barrier

I just thought I'd share this experience. Back in April I ordered a Pacific Coast Chiller from Barrier. I left the store with a lead time of 3 days but an hour later I got a call from Cy that the chiller was 30 days back ordered. He offered me a couple of options one of which was to buy a refurbished one. I decided to wait for my new chiller (it never gets hot in May around here right:lol Any way just after 30 days Cy told me PCI got a shipment but my model was still back ordered 40 more days. He gave me many options, buy a refurbished one at a discount, choose a different model, refund my money or wait for my new one and for my trouble he said he'd give me the colored lobo in the display tank (JK) Anyway long story short Tim and Cy gave me a loaner they used on one of their accounts and I've had it running for a week and a half. My tank used to hang between 79 and 81 and it hit 85.8 on one of the hot days we had but now it stays around 78 and my tank has never looked better. I just wanted to give my overdue thankyou to you guys at Barrier Reef.

A quick update... My real chiller came in yesterday and I have it all hooked up and the loaner is returned to Barrier Reef. Thank You guys so much you saved my tank.

Man that's customer service. I feel blest to live close to a fish store that kicks ass in the customer service, product, and knowledge department.... Chris know my name and even my voice and i've only call a few times.
