My new camera is AWESOME

Just figured out how to get good shots out of it and wanted to share

Those are great! What kind of camera did you get?

A canon power shot, nothing like the pros use, but it can take some mean shots after getting the white balance is adjusted.

Very nice! Yes I found out if all the functions WB is the one (for now) has the biggest impact. What lens are you using?

Just the one that came w/ the camera, don't think I have the option to change the lenses. Can't wait till I really have this camera down though, this is just me playing w/ it.

Very nice I looked online and found camera stores near by and found that they always have free photo shops going on so I'm attending a few over the next few months. Just a suggestion that may help out.

Pretty good for a point and shoot. If it has wb setting I would set for the highest Kelvin rating

I would love something better than a point and shoot, but for now it is easy to learn with. And the WB is adjustable

I just got one for my birthday (from my awesome wife). It's a power shot SX280 HS. Haven't got it out of the box yet, but I'm pretty excited to try it!
