PSASers,

I left my RO/DI unit out during the snow storm. This morning, I opened the RO/DI to get some fresh water to fill up my tank, bam! 2 canisters were broken!

Now, I can't have water to fill up my tank. I tested the salanity and it went up to sky. (> 1.028) My fish and coral are not in the good sign.

I rushed to the Serria in Issaquah in hope I can buy 2 canisters to replace broken ones. They run out of it.

I am not sure what I should do.

My carelessness costs me a lot.

Just frustration. :(

Go find yourself a Glacier water vending machine (they can be found at the Albertson's near me) the water from the Glacier machines is actually pretty good and they do maintain them regularly.

Very true. But the RO water from the Glacier machines will be cheaper and just as good. Also if you are in a tight spot, you can always count on being able to find a grocery store still open at night somewhere that will have RO water vending machines.

Wil at Reef Mystique has a very cool thing of free RO water for topoffs and such. You should check it out, he's in Lake Stevens.
