My Sump and Refugium Diagram

Here's a quick and simple sketch of how it could be done. You may need to maximize the attachment to see it clearly


#1 - Input from the tank

#2 - Return pump going to the tank

#3 - Small feed pump for refugium

#4 - Refugium

#5 - Drain for fuge back to return chamber

Let me know if that helps. I put the bubble trap after the skimmer section to prevent any bubbles from getting into the return chamber.

Thanks but I am going to go with my original plan that I showed you,I think the water comming over the 12" baffle into the refrgium will mix it up enough.

Yeah...I agree which was why I suggested to stick with what you had. The original plan is very versitile which is good incase you decide to make some changes later

Thanks, I am sure I will have more questions in the future when I fially and the LS and LR to the dispplay tank and start my cycle.
