they are good at first i was high nitrates now after lots of water changes it is good

Nanos eventually stabilize well, especially if you have a sump with all the goodies (refugium, skimmer etc). By the way, I noticed that you have a ton of stuff stuffed in your sump!! Awesome! I had a really tough time getting everything in the sump below my 29 gallon!!
