just thought i'd let y'all know that the first batch of Reed Mariculture's Mysis-Feast is here as i type this. it is available in 6oz and 16oz sizes and pricing is identical to oyster-feast, roti-feast, etc. meaning...............$19.99 for 6oz and $39.99 for 16oz.

I'll have to use up my supply of frozen cubes first.Do you recommend rinsing after thawing? I have an algae problem and am looking for every little reduction in phosphate input I can eliminate. Then, what about the liquid preparation and the solution in which the mysis are suspended?

it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to rinse, especially seeing that you are already experiencing an algae problem. the "liquid" is a mix of vitamins and amino acids, so it is beneficial, but could help feed a nutrient issue.

oh believe you me.....if they were LESS then $100 i would have one............i want one badly enough....i would almost have a kid....just so it would be used. i told my wife about them last year (it started as an april fools joke) and told her if they ever make it i am getting one....then they released the price.........:shock:
