I bought a rock with a flame shroom and at last count at least four good sized feather duster worms in it. It also has another soft coral on it, but do not know what kind it is. It is brown with a circular disk and a tube that goes from the middle of the disk to anchor it onto the rock. It also has two rows of tentacles--one ring going around the outside and one ring just immediately inside that ring. To me it would strike me as one of those types of corals that would require something meaty now and then to eat--but again not sure.

What is it and what does it eat?????

Pictures of it would help
I know, unfortunately, right now, my water looks like---well you know---due to having skimmer off line for medicating the tank, so any picture would be quite useless at this point. That is why I tried to be so accurate in my description.

Mmm sounds to me like a Protopalythoa sp.
But really without pics, it´s hard to tell.
Thanks, still working on trying to get a good pic and then get it downloaded to the computer and then posted.
