Has anyone ever used Natures Ocean Bio-avtive live aragonite reef sand?

Was it any good?

What do you think of it?

You are better of finding a local reefer and getting a cup of sand out of there tank. The only thing alive in that sand is bacteria and i wonder about the quality of the bacteria as well

I have it in my tank(about 2.5 inches deep) in there about 2.5 years.

about 3 months after I put it in there I had an outbreak of copepods/amphipods so much my tank looked cloudy for 2 days(then the filter got'em i imagine)
