Need fish ID from description

The owner of my LFS was telling me about a fish she has in one of her tanks at home that would make a great fish for my nano but i cant for the life of me remember what the name of the fish is so i can do a little more research now that im home

From what i remember from her decription its a small goby like fish(you are gonna have to learn to deal with me with my lack of ability to describe) that can change its colors from gold to black and back again

Sounds like a Midas Blenny Golden (AFRICA) They change colors at times.

If the fish is striped may be a Amblygobius hectori
