Interestingly enough, my sixline has done some of the same things, but appears to be ailing to the point of intervention. I have moved him to a hospital tank where the fish are also being treated for ich. He's too weak to swim, only laying on his side. There was food next to his mouth, but he didn't eat. The outward signs of the fish are: one eye is cloudy, has some small translucent spots (not small enough to be ich, though) on the body, and the edges of his fins appeared frayed a while ago, but those healed. He had been hiding in a LR cave for some time, almost a week since I'd seen him last. I'm treating the hospital tank with erythromycin and following the recommended treatment on the package. Any hopes that the wrasse will recover?
