I just bought a 30 gallon cube used and would like to know what concentration of vinegar do you use to clean the tank and how long do you run it in the tank before you drain it and can put saltwater in it?

And also what size tank is considered a nano? This one is a 30 glass cube

Being glass, I'd use straight vinegar from a jug and a green scrubby pad. If need be soak paper towels in the vinegar and set it over hard spots to soak. A good rinse is all you should need to clear out the vinegar, it won't hurt anything if any is left behind.

As for definition of nano, I think that varies from group to group. Some say 50g and under, others 30g.

when i cleaned my tank way back when i used 20:1 water to vinegar. put in powerheads and let it go for 2-3 days rinsed real well and was spotless. so just pour 1g of vinegar and fill with water.
