I know its not stary polyps, galaxea sounds about right. Here is a better pic when it is fully open.

I thought the last picture looks more like a Goniopora.

Flower pot corals were one of the first mass imported corals along with bubble, elegans, and a few others. Most were the wrong types and died soon. You have a nice looking Goniopora. They like very mature tanks and not to be touched nor injured

Thanks for the info, my tank is not mature but i found it a good home and it seems to be happy. My. Concern is my leater toadstool has not opened in two days
