Jonas at Blue Sierra was a lifesaver. I got ahold of them, and he let me use one of his backup pumps until I can get my hammerhead fixed.

contact MDM and ask them what it would take for them to fix it. MDM aquatics is one of the best service departments I ever dealt with.
Never mind I will call Chris. That guy is cool. I want to hear from him.

Chris is a great guy! He helped me with my wet seal issue a while back.

Chris helped... though i didnt get to talk to him till late in the day when they couldnt ship anything. Overall, I wasn't too pleased... But I've got a replacement now.
