Thank you Reed, Neil. They are big at 12". I had them since they were 3.5". I use to have three but I sold one awhile back when it was only 8".

Here is a new addition,a Blue throat trigger. It has quickly become a favorite.

WOAH! And to think I was jealous before! Very nice addition!

Chris,Yes they are Reef safe. He has been a model citizen. Kevin described his personality well. They are not overly aggressive and do not cause a comotion during feeding. At least towards other fish. They hover around and do not get involved with your Tangs,Corals or Clams. I was tempted to get a mated pair, but I went a little overboard with other tangs. When I can get my fish to pose for some shots, I'll post some other additions. Thanks Nikki,Mike and Kevin.

Hey great fish Anthony.
So are these recommended only for the largest tanks? How fast of a grower are they? Good score!
Scott:cool:

Thanks Anthony,

I am a Tang junky, but I like the looks of that fish for the new 450g:D

Kevin, do you get them in often?

Chris

Chris,I have a few tangs so I'm with you. It is nice to break it up with a Reef Fish that will get along with them. Scott, I only mention a larger tank because they usually come in at the 5-6" range, and they can use some room to swim.Of course the tangs need room also,so they are a great addition.

They are one of the smallest triggers reaching 7-8". Depending on the time of year they are usually available for around $32-46.

HTH,
Kevin

Thanks Matt.
In the picture below. You see two female Pink Square Spot Anthias which are both completely yellow in the photo.I also purchased a slightly larger male who has been chased by one of the two yellow females above. Consequently one of the females, who is pretty much full grown, is changing to a male. The current male has not been seen for a couple of days.:( I will post a picture of the new up and coming male as the change is more evident to the camera's eye.
