New addition. Peppermint Hogfish

I'd been waiting to come across the "final awesome fish" to add to the tank, and decided on this Peppermint Hogfish that came in on the last fish order at BR. I've been wanting an awesome looking kind of "show piece" fish, and this guy fits the bill. Plus its red and white, one of my fav color combos on a fish. It'll end up getting a bit too big for the 30gal solana, but I have plans for getting the 60gal XL Solana within the next couple years so he'll have a bigger home by the time he gets bigger.

Pardon the crappy "in bag" shots. I know I prolly wont be able to get pics of him once he's in there for long, but who knows. Maybe he'll cooperate for some awesome macros after he's settled in.

Yeah, fo' sho'. He came in really thin, but he eats like a well.. Hog. So fattening him up shouldn't take long.
