SUSTAINABLE AQUATICS is here!!!

howdy y'all,

well i'm excited to tell you that we have finally started to carry sustainable aquatics fishes. they are a captive breeding/rearing company out of tennessee (of all places). the first batch arrived this morning(3/2):
captive bred
2-snowflake clown (ocellaris)
2-fancy white clown(ocellaris)
2-snow onyx clown(ocellaris x percula cross)
6-ocellaris clown, good size
4-full bar black ocellaris
1-orchid dottyback

captive reared
1-white stripe maroon clown, pair
2-percula clown, soloman isl
1-mata tang
2-bicolor foxface
2-maze rabbit (Siganus spinus)
1-diana hogfish

hopefully Brie will be able to get some snapshots of the "fancy/designer" clowns in the next day or two.
 
I plan to come down Friday to get the "double saddle butterfly......should be Cha. ulietensis". Hope he's hungry for some majanos....lol
 
Just picked up one of the double saddle butterfly fish today. I can confirm mine is Chaetodon falcula, not C. ulietensis. I'm hoping mine eats aiptasia/majano. So far I've seen him peck at various zoanthids, stylophora and pocillopora, but isn't doing any serious damage. He pecks once, and moves on to something else. I have millions of zoanthids, so I'm not concerned if he eats a few dozen. I think it's only a matter of time before he starts mowing down aiptasia.
