he is about 6 1/2 inches long, and no i don't have a secret, i wish i did, he is in a different tank thanks for all of the complements, and i will keep my fingers out of the tank if i can. he is a bold one, he came right up to the front of the tank while i took pictures and he literally ate right from the bag as i put food in to keep the others from attacking him.
