On Facebook I believe you have to be a User to view anything regardless if you have it set to Public access. You can post pics directly to this site when posting just make sure you go advanced and look under manage attachments that's where you can upload pics.

If the pic is too big, all pc comps have a program called paint. Go to your start menu->program menu->accessories and click on paint. When the program opens, ctrl+o and find the pic then open it. Then ctrl+w to stretch/skew. A new menu will open up and in the stretch section, put in 50% for both horizontal and vertical. Save as resized pic and upload it.
