New tank- old live rock- any cycle?

Hello all,
So I'm setting up my new 234 gallon tank. I have about 150-200lbs of mature liverock I'll be putting in it. This is Jakarta rock that is in a mature tank right now. I will be removing it from the one tank, driving it home, saltwater rinsing it, and putting it in my tank. My question is will my new tank cycle or will it be good to go since all the rock has all the bacteria on /in it already?

There will likely be a small cycle. Nothing like a fresh tank though.

Small cycle meaning my frogspawn,hammer, and small fish shouldn't be harmed?

as long as your just moveing stuff over and not leting it sit in the air for hours you shouldnt have anything,
most as much as the water you can over as well and u shouldnt have any cycle

Id cycle it for 2 days, you should be fine after that.

It wouldn't hurt to not feed for a week before a water change.
