New to saltwater and new to the board

Hello,

As stated in the title, I am new and off to an O.K. start.

I will post some pictures later of the tank.

Looking forward to getting some expert help/advice.

My setup is as follows:

29 Gallon tank,
Hydor Koralia Nano-Skim Skimmer,
AquaClear 50 Power Filter,
Current USA Orbit Marine LED Saltwater reef lighting system,
3 Hydor Koralia Nano 240gph powerheads,
2-3” sand bed
Tank started June 15, 2015.

2 Clown fish
1 Sally Lightfoot
1 Peppermint shrimp
1 Tiger pistol shrimp
1 Wheeler Goby
1 Rose bubble Tip Anemone (introduced 9/10/2015)
1 Turbo snail
3 Tiger Trochus snails
4-6 Nassarius snails
1 Cerith snail
1 Leather coral
2 Zoanthids
1 Star Polyp

Anenome could be iffy. How's the Sally lightfoot?! They can be a Lil aggresive. Sorry don't mean to be a debbie downer. Lol

What is the yellow tube things? Is it some sort of tube worm? Is it bad for the tank?
