Well I frequent our local club site pnwmas.org and I guess I setup an account here awhile back but just haven't made it on here to say hello..

So here it is.

Hi!:yo:

I've been Reefin' for about a year now. I started with one tank then ended up with 4 tanks. Currently setup I have a 75 gallon, 29 gallon biocube, 27 gallon cube, and a 10 gallon. Soon the 10 gallon will be shut down. No corals just a puffer and a lobster were in that tank. The 27 cube I just setup at the begining of December and it will become my frag tank. Not sure if it's alright to post links to other sites build threads so I will just leave it as see my build thread on the other site..:clap2:

Welcome. As Mike said we love pictures here. PM me a link to your build thread. I'd love to read it.

I will shoot you a pm later. The site is down and I'm heading to work. But thanks for the warm welcome

Welcome Jesse

Hey Jesse you did sign up a long time ago LOL! Even before the PNWMAS.org lol! welcome!

There are super nice people here! I would spend more time here if I wasn't so active in that other little local forum!

I can't stand it...you guys are too nice to the new folks! Listen here new guy, or girl. First question about what salt brand to use or how long you should leave your lights on you're out. Got it? We're kicking off a tough love approach around here and you're the guinea pig. Now that we've got that sorted out, welcome to the forum. Try not to spill anything on the carpet.

Well welcome back for the first time?? lol not sure it that makes sence. Hey feel free to post your link to your tank build, we dont have a problem with. Its all about learning, sharing an so on so fell free. The only time it gets a bit tough is if its a store or something like that (not really fare to the sponsors) but other then that feel free.

Ok let me see if I can answer alk those questions

I use the new wendys sea salt. You know the I've they have been advertising for their fries..lol

My lights are on twenty four seven. The corals love that

Ok in reality I use kent reef salt. I really like the new salt. My t5 s are on for ten hours a day. My 250w mh are in for six hours.

Yeah it didn't look thst great when he brought it over. He's a good guy so I didn't bother about the trade. I gave him a chalice and some birdsnest frags.

Alright I posted my build thread in my signature. Check it out. It's far from anything special right now. I can't stop buying and selling stuff...LOL

That's why I now have a 27 gallon cube to host my frags.

Nice to see you here Noob....at some point you might have to drop the "noob" part of your name....I don't think you are a noob anymore unless you are comparing your experience to that guy who's tank just turned 37. In that case most if not all of us are noobs.

I don't think tosalt would make much sense....LOL

But I figure I started with this name and even in 20 years I will still be learning so Noobtosalt works for me.
No reason to keep changing screen names IMO.
