I have some Nigari that I purchased from Don and seemed to recall someone was going to test for rate of addition= amount of mg change. I will be testing before and after addition, but wanted to get a general rule of thumb from which to start.
Also, time frame to test - add - retest... I was thinking 24 hours.
Any input?
