I got forced out after 3.5 years due to PRT fails. I had torn ligaments in my ankle while at school in P-cola, and it took them 2 years to finally getting around to taking an MRI and realizing it was more than a lingering/re-injuried sprain. I fought for 3 months to stay in, but mysteriously all my "yes" signatures on my request chit turned to "no" when it was announced the CNO was paying a visit... and his whole thing was getting the "fatties" out.

Gen Custer was in the same unit as me, The First Cav. But he was an idiot.
A bunch of Indians sitting there minding their own business and he attacked them. Plus he was outnumbered like 10 to 1.

I was in that unit a little later. We didn't use horses. Well not usually anyway.

Both ships homeport San Diego CA
Did my last year of service in the Security dept at Ballast Point Submarine Base, San Diego CA.

I was lucky. Did my entire tour in San Diego, and served during a peaceful time.

Yeah I noticed that. cool! I was messing with him. I met him and his wife the other day. He seriously doesnt look old enough but probably is. I guess being the age I am, everyone looks like little kids to me. LOL!!!
