we have had the morish idol for about 3 months, and i am inlove with Coral vital- i do a cap full every day. if any ick comes up or messed up fins i add a couple extra caps and its gone in a day or two. we also have a 40 gallon sump, ill take some pics of the lights and sump in the morning the lights have already shut off for the night. i have a video ill post soon

Like someone said earlier, to post pictures use this:

the web address of the image you want to post [/?img]

You have to remove the ? that I put up above. If I hadnt included the ? the browser would have tried to show that sentence as an image, and you wouldnt have seen the img tags......I edited your first two posts, go ahead and try it with the third one...
