Panther Grouper with strange wormy things on face.

I have never seen anything like this before. I got a panther grouper last week and didnt look closley enough when I picked him up on sunday. He has a small round pocket in his cheek that looks like there is some sort of worm in it. Like if you had injected one or two bloodworms beneth his skin. I dont really know what to treat him with because I dont know what it is. If it is a worm, could I saok his food in some peperzine or something? I really just dont know. Ill try to get a picture soon.

I would try a formalin dip first. This article in my library will explain how to use a formaldehyde dip.
