I love them as flood lights for mmy back yard. They work like a champ.

The tri color ecoexotic w/60 degree lens is very good for deep tanks. Every thing pops with no blanching of sps.

I personally haven't had experience with them, but my buddy Kyle has a 50gal shallow tank that's custom got like 6 of them, and said they give a good effect but didn't like them on his big tank. So he put them on a 20 gallon. He said they look great, and actually do a great job for his coral.

I am using one of the 20k Par38 "bulbs." The color is great and my corals seem to be happy, although it is a bit like a spotlight. It would be fine if i didn't have it so close to the surface for my SPS, so i will probably be adding a second.
